How do I return my order?

The ba&sh online shop would like to thank you for your order. However we understand that everyone changes their mind and if you are not fully satisfied with your order you may send any item(s) that you no longer require back to us within 30 days of your order being sent. We have devised a simple and convenient way for you to return items so as to make your online shopping experience all the more enjoyable.

Do you have a ba&sh account?

  1. Visit our website ba-sh.com, and go to "My Account" then "My Orders".
  2. Select the order number containing the item that you want to return, then click on ‘See Details’.
  3. Select the item(s) to return and complete all required fields.
  4. Once your request has been approved, a return form will be available in your account area under ‘My Returns’. You should print out this form and enclose it in your package.
  5. Choose your preferred carrier and drop off your return (Returns are at your cost). Make sure you keep your proof of postage and tracking numbers safe.

Did you order as a guest?

  1. To make a return, please click on this link 
  2. Click on "return an item"
  3. Select the item(s) to return and complete all required fields.
  4. Once your request has been approved, a return form will be available in your account area under ‘My Returns’. You should print out this form and enclose it in your package.
  5. Choose your preferred carrier and drop off your return (Returns are at your cost). Make sure you keep your proof of postage and tracking numbers safe.

Once the parcel has been received in our warehouse, your refund will be processed by our teams within 7 working days.

Our return conditions

We do not offer exchanges

All returned items must be returned in their original condition

Labels must not be detached from the item

You have 30 days to return your order

Your refund

Your refund will be made via the original form of payment. Once the refund has been validated, an email confirming the return will be sent to you and the refund amount will appear in your bank account within a maximum of 72 working hours. If you have any questions about your refund, please contact our customer service department.

No, returns are at your expense.

You can use the carrier of your choice to send the parcel back to France.

You can request a password reset directly from the login page. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder.

Return in store or via post office ?

You've downloaded and printed your pre-paid label and your returns slip, but what's next?

Return via post

You must return your item(s) with the return form that you have downloaded and include this inside your package. If you do not have a printer please write down the date, your contact details and the return number on a piece of paper and place this inside the package that you are returning.

Please send your parcel at : Ba&sh, 309 Brompton road, London, SW3 2DY, ENGLAND.

Take your parcel to your local DHL EXPRESS drop off point to return your item. To find your nearest drop off point please follow this link.

Please keep your proof of postage and the tracking numbers safe. If your package is lost and you are unable to provide us with proof of tracking, ba&sh will not be held respondible and will not be able to fulfill your request for a refund.

Return in store

You are now able to return your order for free in any ba&sh boutique in the UK. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you.

To be able to return your item you should go to your nearest boutique. You can take your return back to any ba&sh boutique, even if you have registered to return it to a specific boutique.

For free in-store returns, bring the e-receipt, your shipping confirmation email or the Order Form along with the item(s) you wish to return within 30 days of purchase. Please note that Archive items cannot be returned in store and need to be returned via post.
