No, returns are at your expense. In order to avoid problems with customs, it is imperative to note on the customs declaration the value and the detailed description of what you are sending back.

In addition, you must check the box indicating that the recipient is responsible for paying the customs duties.

For example, we do not have any problems with parcels that are returned to us via UPS or DHL carriers.
