How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return it will be processed within 7 working days.

Are returns free?

If you order for delivery in Switzerland, returns are at your expense with the carrier of your choice to one of our ba&sh boutiques in Switzerland.

You have 30 days from the order date to return your parcel.
