Once we receive your return it will be processed within 7 working days.

Yes, returns are free within Switzerland.
You have two return options:- Either choose to be reimbursed in the form of a credit note. A credit note can be used in store and online for 1 year.
- Or you can choose to be reimbursed by your original means of payment.
Simply go to your ba&sh customer account and download the return form and prepaid return label.
