FREE ALTERATIONS
For every purchase made on our website, a €12 alteration (the price of a standard hem) is free (with proof of purchase and excluding discounted products). All you have to do is make an appointment: a craftsman will come to your home to adjust your garment, free of charge.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Book your appointment online with a Tilli craftsman, available 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
At home, he will take your measurements, advise you and fit your made-to-measure garment.
Receive your altered, ready-to-wear garment within 3 to 10 days.
PERSONALISED SERVICE
Our craftsmen and seamstresses will give your wardrobe a new dimension. To take things a step further, we also offer a full service of adjustments, repairs and alterations to give your wardrobe a new dimension.
A price estimate will be drawn up when the appointment is made and confirmed on a quotation with your craftsman.
