Once we receive your return it will be processed within 7 working days.

If you place an order for delivery in France, you have two options:

- Either choose to be reimbursed in the form of a credit note. A credit note can be used in-store and online for 1 year. In this case, returns are free of charge.

- Or choose a refund to your original payment method. In this case, a €3 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Simply log in to your ba&sh customer account and download the return form and prepaid Colissimo return label, which will be provided regardless of the refund method you choose.


You have 30 days from the date of your order to return your package.

If you prefer to drop off your return package at your ba&sh store, no problem! Our teams will be happy to assist you except for Archives Operation Orders.

You can request a password reset directly from the login page. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder.
