Jewellery is small and delicate: handle with care and follow instructions provided to preserve the original features. Clean silver jewellery occasionally with a cloth suited to polishing silver/gold to preserve the shine and remove tarnish. Remember to remove your gold-plated jewelry before showering to increase its longevity. With gold-plated items in particular, the thin layer of gold discolors or flakes off when it interacts with water, soap, and other products.
