How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return it will be processed within 7 working days.

Are returns free?

It depends on the return option selected.

You have three choices :

A refund: in this case, a return fee of 73 DKK will be deducted from your refund once the package is received. Ba&sh will provide you with a return label from Chronopost to send your package to our workshop.

The option to exchange : in this case you will receive a pre-paid return label and no additional return costs will be charged from your return shipping.

The option for a credit : you will receive a pre-paid return label and no additional return costs will be charged from your return shipping.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

You can request a password reset directly from the login page. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder.
