Once we receive your return it will be processed within 7 working days.

If you place an order for delivery to Denmark, you have two options:

- You can choose to receive a store credit. A store credit is valid in-store and online for 3 years. In this case, returns are free.

- Or you can choose to receive a refund to your original payment method. In this case, a €10 return fee will be deducted from your refund

Simply log in to your ba&sh customer account and download the return form along with the prepaid Colissimo return label, which will be provided to you regardless of the refund method you choose.

You have 30 days from the order date to return your package. If you prefer to drop off your return package at your local ba&sh store: no problem! Our team will be happy to assist you.

You can request a password reset directly from the login page. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder.
