Once we receive your return it will be processed within 7 working days maximum.

If you order for delivery in the UK, returns are free. Simply go to your ba&sh customer account and download the returns form and prepaid DHL returns label.

You have 30 days from the order date to return your parcel.

If you prefer to drop off your return parcel at your local ba&sh store: no problem! Our teams will be delighted to welcome you.

please note that you have two possibilities: obtain a credit note for the amount of your return or be reimbursed on the original means of payment.
