Once we receive your return it will be processed within 7 working days maximum.

Yes, returns are free within United Kingdom.
You have two return options:

- Either choose to be reimbursed in the form of a credit note. A credit note can be used in store and online for 1 year.

- Or you can choose to be reimbursed by your original means of payment.

Simply go to your ba&sh customer account and download the return form and prepaid return label.

You have 30 days from the order date to return your parcel.

If you prefer to drop off your return parcel at your local ba&sh store: no problem! Our teams will be delighted to welcome you.
