Once we receive your return it will be processed within 7 working days maximum.

Returns are subject to a fee if you choose the postal option. ba&sh will give you a Chronopost return label to post your parcel to our workshop and £5 will be deducted from your return upon reception of the parcel. The exchange option and voucher option remain free of charge and you will not be charged any additional costs. Don't forget that you can drop off your return parcel free of charge in any of our UK ba&sh stores except Department stores and Outlet stores.
