The ba&sh PANSY dress has Japanese inspiration. This short full dress has a cut that ba&sh holds dear, that's both feminine and contemporary. You'll note the V-neckline, ¾ length sleeves, ruffles, and front gathers which make for a pretty shape, as well as the inverted gathered V-panel. A very feminine print dress.
