Once we receive your return it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Once your return has been processed by our team you will receive an email confirmation.

Yes!  When you process your return online you will receive a prepaid shipping label for the return.

You can also return your eligible online purchases in any of our ba&sh boutiques.

We will not reimburse you for any labels made outside of our returns process.  If you have any questions reach out to our customer care team at cs@ba-sh.com .
