How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return it will be processed within 7 working days.

Are returns free?

Returns are subject to a fee if you choose the postal option.

ba&sh will give you a Chronopost return label to post your parcel to our workshop and €5 will be deducted from your return upon reception of the parcel.

The exchange and Voucher options remain free of charge and you will not be charged any additional costs.

Don't forget that you can drop off your return parcel free of charge in any of our Belgian ba&sh stores, except Liège & Namur.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

You can request a password reset directly from the login page. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder.
