How do I return my order?

The ba&sh online shop would like to thank you for your order. If you are not fully satisfied with your online order, you may return your item(s) to and in ba&sh boutiques within 30 days of reception date for full refund unless marked as final sale.

All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached. Worn, altered or washed merchandise cannot be returned.

FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN in store or online. All final sale products, discounted at 40% or higher, are indicated as such on the website.

Ba&sh reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Do you have a ba&sh account?

  1. Go to 'my orders & returns'.
  2. Select the order for which you would like to start a return. 
  3. Select the item(s) for you which you would like to return. This will only be possible for eligible return items.
  4. Provide the reason for return in the drop down menu.
  5. Select an 'in-store' or 'ship to store' option for return.
  6. For shipping, select a nearby UPS dropoff point (you can select any).
  7. Dropoff your package.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed! Please allow 7 to 10 business days once package has been received at our warehouse.

Did you order as a guest?

  1. On the ba&sh website click on the 'my account' icon.
  2. Select 'Do you have an order' at the bottom.
  3. Enter your order number and email address.
  4. Select the items you would like to return and follow the prompts.

Once we receive your return it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

All returned items must be returned in their original condition

Labels must not be detached from the item

Your refund

You will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank, for your refund to post once the return has been processed.

Once your return has been processed by our team you will receive an email confirmation.

Yes!  When you process your return online you will receive a prepaid shipping label for the return.

You can also return your eligible online purchases in any of our ba&sh boutiques.

We will not reimburse you for any labels made outside of our returns process.  If you have any questions reach out to our customer care team at .

Return in store or via post office ?

You've downloaded and printed your pre-paid label and your returns slip, but what's next?

Return via post

You must return your item(s) with the return form that you have downloaded and include this inside your package. If you do not have a printer please write down the date, your contact details and the return number on a piece of paper and place this inside the package that you are returning.

Please send your parcel at : Ba&sh, 309 Brompton road, London, SW3 2DY, ENGLAND.

Take your parcel to your local DHL EXPRESS drop off point to return your item. To find your nearest drop off point please follow this link.

Please keep your proof of postage and the tracking numbers safe. If your package is lost and you are unable to provide us with proof of tracking, ba&sh will not be held respondible and will not be able to fulfill your request for a refund.

Return in store

You are now able to return your order for free in any ba&sh boutique in the UK. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you.

To be able to return your item you should go to your nearest boutique. You can take your return back to any ba&sh boutique, even if you have registered to return it to a specific boutique.

For free in-store returns, bring the e-receipt, your shipping confirmation email or the Order Form along with the item(s) you wish to return within 30 days of purchase. Please note that Archive items cannot be returned in store and need to be returned via post.
