This ba&sh NOMA dress was made for long walks on the beach this summer. The long dress has short ruffled sleeves and a seductive neckline with ruffles. The top pulls down to bare the shoulders if you so desire. The dress is made in a flowing fabric enhanced with a vintage floral print in pastel shades for a delicate and decidedly girly style. You'll note the high elastic waist reminiscent of empire lines. A very Seventies long dress toned down with softly romantic colors. Ideal with gladiator sandals.
