ba&sh continues to support women entrepreneurship
with its Power Blazers 2022 initiative.

ba&sh is unveiling the second edition of its Power Blazers programme. ba&sh jury and international mentors have named four new blazers after young, promising female entrepreneurs who embody the ba&sh spirit and values. All profits from the sale of each blazer in its country are donated to the entrepreneur. Thank you all for your participation in the 2022 edition! We can't wait to present you the designs.

It is by acting collectively that we will succeed in developing female entrepreneurship!

Sandra Rey
OUR FRENCH ENTREPRENEUR

ba&sh jury and international mentors have selected the four winners of the second edition of Power Blazers. Elise Goldfarb and Julia Layani mentors from France chose Sandra Rey. Sandra is a young designer who had a project: that of reimagining light.
In 2014, she created Glowee, a company that uses bioluminescence to develop a new kind of lighting that is more biodiversity-friendly and more respectful of our ways of life.
The entirety of the profits generated from the sale of the blazer in France will be donated to Glowee to support Sandra’s project.

Sonya Barlow
OUR ENGLISH ENTREPRENEUR

ba&sh jury and international mentors have selected the four winners of the second edition of Power Blazers. Victoria Prew mentor from the UK chose Sonya Barlow. 
Named one of the 50 Women in Tech in 2022 and LinkedIn changemaker in 2021, Sonya is a diversity and inclusion coach, speaker, author, and founder of LMF Network whose mission is to empower women and minorities by building the confidence and careers of 25,000 women by 2025 through mentoring and masterclasses.
All proceeds from the sale of the blazer in the UK will be donated to LMF Network to boost Sonya's project.

Erin Vilardi
OUR AMERICAN ENTREPRENEUR

ba&sh jury and international mentors have selected the four winners of the second edition of Power Blazers. Alli Webb mentor from the U.S. chose Erin Vilardi.
Named a Champion of Change by UN Women NY, Erin has always sought to make a difference for women and girls. That's why she founded Vote Run Lead – creating the largest organization in the country that empowers women to run for office, and, most importantly, to be leaders of change.
All proceeds from the sale of the blazer in the U.S. will be donated to Vote Run Lead to support Erin's work.

Xinjie Ma
NOTRE ENTREPRENEUSE CHINOISE

ba&sh jury and international mentors have selected the four winners of the second edition of Power Blazers. Doris Ke mentor from China of the second edition of ba&sh Power Blazers chose Xinjie Ma. 
This is not Xinjie Ma’s first foray into entrepreneurship. After creating an entertainment company specialized in AI and VR, she launched herself into the GENBEN adventure. Her objective: to create a food company that champions sustainable living by offering products that are both healthy and respectful of the planet. 
The entirety of the profits generated from the sale of the blazer in China will be donated to GENBEN to support Xinjie Ma’s project.
