As a company, our responsibility is to try to protect our team the best way we can by strictly following the World Health Organization’s guidelines. A few days ago, we informed you we were closing our stores in France, Belgium, Spain, England, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the United States. However, we are still actively present online and on social media.
Shipping
ba&sh took strict measures to ensure your orders are delivered safely: we’ve adjusted staffing with strict turnovers and are now working with safety distances and protections. Your packages are delivered in your mailbox, without contact.
Returns
Because your outdoors trips are limited for everybody’s sake and your security is our priority, we’ve extended our return period by 1 month after package reception. Refunds
Operations in our workshops were adapted in order to guarantee everyone’s security. Return process usually requires 4 to 6 open working days, our staff are doing their utmost to respect this period. However, there might be an extension of this period due to the current situation.
