Ba&sh online store would like to thank you for your order. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you should return your purchases to us within 30 days.
How do I return items from France?
1. Sign in to ba-sh.com and go to 'My Orders' to activate your pre-paid return label.
If you placed your order as a guest, to be able to return items, please click on this link to complete your registration.
2.Click on 'Return an Item'
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
4. Validate your request
5. Print off your return label and place it inside the package of your choice
6. Your package is now ready to be sent!
How do I return items from Europe?
Returns are made at your own cost.

5. Print off your return form and place it inside the package of your choice
N.B. You can also use the carrier of your choice
6. Your package is now ready to be sent back to France!
N.B. The returns address is written on your return form ;)
Returns Policy
We do not offer exchanges. Items bought online cannot be returned in store.
- All return items must be presented in their original condition.
