Preparation time is not included in the delivery time which can vary from 1 - 3 business days in normal time. Preparation time can increase up to 4 business days during promotional time due to larger order volumes.

Delivery in the United States

DHL delivery will take up to 3-10 business days.

- Delivery is complimentary for US customers.

- We also take care of all custom fees.

- For orders over $2,500, please be aware that US Customs may reach out asking for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have about a week to provide this information before your order is returned to its original destination for a refund.

- The delivery address can't be changed once the parcel is shipped.
- In case of sender return following delivery failure, ba&sh will refund under 3 business days after parcel receipt in our warehouse.
