The health and safety of our team and community has always, and will always, be the #1 priority for us.

Consequently, as the severity of COVID-19 escalates, we’ve decided to temporarily close all of our retail locations across USA and Canada, starting March 16 and until further notice based on how the situation evolves.

We remain open 24/7 online and available on our customer service line and email. Our teams are still available remotely to assist you.

Our engagement
We've designed a custom t-shirt from which 100% of profits will be donated to Baby2Baby, a nonprofit organization that provides basic essentials – such as diapers, wipes, formula, clothing & more – to children living in poverty and families impacted by COVID-19. Delivery
Our warehouse operations have adopted all the necessary and recommended precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and all the mandatory hygiene rules to prepare your order during this time. They will be delivered by DHL with the option not to have to sign for at reception.
Returns
With all current limitations in place and depending where you live, we decided to extend your return window from 14 days to 30 days. If any issue incurs during your return process, please reach out our customer service team via email at helpusa@ba-sh.com. They will assist you in the shortest delay.
Refunds
Please allow a bit more time than usual as it might take us a bit longer to receive and process your return. Your package should be scanned in the next 2 days after reception at our warehouse then refund will follow.
