Reflaunt has developed a network of marketplaces specialising in the sales of second-hand clothing and along with this the technology that allows your second-hand items to be instantly uploaded and listed on various second-hand marketplace platforms, which increases your chances of finding a buyer. When you sell an item you can choose whether you would prefer to receive payment via bank transfer or by a ba&sh voucher that gives you an extra 20% to spend on the ba&sh e-shop.   • What does the Reflaunt service offer?
    ba&sh has teamed up with Reflaunt to offer you the opportunity to be able to resell your previously owned ba&sh items to give your wardrobe a second life.
  • What are the advantages of reselling?
    1. When you use our service you are engaging in the circular fashion movement to be part of moving towards more sustainable fashion.
    2. We simplify the resale process. In just a few clicks, we help you create your online listing. You don't need to write a description of the items. We provide you with a series of high quality photos. We also help you find a price for your item.
    3. You can receive a bank transfer for the items you have resold or a ba&sh voucher of a higher value.
    4. You can quickly set up your items and sell your product on 20 marketplaces worldwide.
    5. Renew your wardrobe, while making sure you don't throw anything away.

  • What can I resell?
    We accept all ba&sh items (ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and small leather goods) that have been bought from our website ba-sh.com and that are in excellent condition.


  • THE VARIOUS STAGES OF RESALE

  • How do I use the resell service?
    You’ll find the interactive button in your “Wardrobe” in your customer account. Follow the instructions that you will find there, and your item will be put up for sale on the network of partner platforms.

  • Why don’t my items bought in store appear in my dressing?
    Ba&sh resell can currently only offer the option to resell items that have been bought from our online boutique: ba-sh.com via your customer account..

  • Who do I send the item to when it is sold?
    When you have sold an item you will receive an email asking you to confirm your address. When you have confirmed your address you will receive a pre-paid postage label with instructions about the process you will need to follow to be able to send the item to the buyer. The price of postage is taken into charge by the customer.

  • Why has/have my item(s) been rejected?
    All items must be authentic and in excellent condition to be able to qualify for resell. Some items may not be accepted if they do not meet the quality criteria or if their authenticity cannot be verified. The sale of your item may also be cancelled if it does not conform to its description or photos. If this is the case then the item(s) will be returned to you.

  • Where will the item(s) be displayed for sale?

    Your items are referenced through the worldwide network of the 20 most reputable second-hand marketplaces, including Videdressing in France, Hardly Ever Worn it in the UK, Rebelle in Germany, Tradesy in the US, Zalora in Asia, Afound in the Nordic countries, but also horizontal marketplaces such as Etsy.

  • How will I know when my item(s) has/have been sold?
    As soon as an item is sold, you will be notified by e-mail and you can choose to receive your payment by bank transfer or a Ba&sh voucher of a higher value. If you choose the voucher, Ba&sh offers you an additional 20%.

  • What if I change my mind about selling an item?
    f you no longer wish to sell an item, please send an email to; bash-clientservice@reflaunt.com, stating the reference code of the items you wish to cancel the sale of. Please note that the sale of these items will be suspended as soon as you receive a confirmation email.


  • PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • How are Resell prices defined?
    The pricing algorithm scours the web to determine the right price based on market trends, demand for that model and the condition of the item. We will give you a range within which you can set your price.

  • Why is there a difference between the resale price and the payment I receive?
    This is the commission paid to the marketplace that sells the items and the service fee of Reflaunt.

  • What is the "Smart Price" feature?
    At any time, you can decide to reduce the price of a listed item to increase your chances of giving it a second home. You can do this by checking your wardrobe here. For added convenience, you can also decide to use the "Smart Price" feature when listing your items. With this feature, the sale prices of your unsold items are gradually lowered over time, by 15% every 45 days, with a maximum reduction of 3 x 15%.

  • Can I lower the resale price to sell my item(s) quickly?
    You may decide to reduce the price of a listed item at any time. You can do this by consulting your “dressing” here and clicking on "edit" under your item.

  • How do I receive my payment?
    As soon as an item is sold, you will receive an e-mail offering you the choice of payment by bank transfer or a Ba&sh voucher. If you choose the voucher, ba&sh offers you 20% extra to spend on our online boutique.

  • How do I use my ba&sh voucher?

    You will receive your voucher by e-mail with instructions on how to use it. It is important to remember the following conditions of validity:
    • Your voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.
    • Your voucher can be redeemed in instalments if the amount of your purchase is less than the amount of your voucher.

  • Can I use my voucher on current promotions?
    Yes, the voucher is a payment method and not a promotion. For the moment, it can only be used on ba-sh.com. However, it has been designed to allow omnichannel use and its use in shops will be effective later on.

  • If I have a problem with the use of my voucher, who should I contact?
    ba&sh will answer any questions regarding the use/recovery of my voucher(s).

  • What is Arianee?
    As of February 2021, all items resold from a ba&sh account come with a digital certificate of authenticity issued with Arianee protocol. Arianee provides digital certificates of authenticity, backed by Blockchain, for all valuables. Arianee builds a perpetual relationship between brands and owners, built on trust, respect and transparency. The digital certificate of authenticity is issues by ba&sh and backed by Blockchain, ensuring that it is forgery-proof and perpetual. It offers a new communication channel between its owner and ba&sh as well as access to innovative services.

  • What is the purpose of a digital certificate?

    One and only one digital certificate of authenticity is issued by ba&sh per item resold from a ba&sh account.

    • The digital certificate of authenticity is also proof of ownership : it has only one owner.

    • The owner of the digital certificate of authenticity is in direct contact with ba&sh, and no intermediaries.

    • The digital certificate of authenticity gives access to exclusive services & experiences, such as being part of the circular economy when reselling your item.

  • Is the digital certificate safe?
    Yes. Only the owner of the digital certificate can decide to share or transfer it. Digital certificates of authenticity issued with Arianee protocol do not carry any personal information, only information about the item it is related to. Ba&sh only has access to an anonymous & cryptographic key (a chain of letters & numbers) to communicate with the owner of the certificate.

    How to claim ownership of the digital certificate after buying a ba&sh product?

    1. You will receive a QR code with your item, either on a label or a document

    2. Open your smartphone camera and scan the QR code

    3. A web page opens, click on “claim ownership” at the bottom of the page

    4. You will be invited to download the .Wallet mobile app by Arianee

    5. When the .Wallet App opens, go through the onboarding process

    6. Claim the ownership of your new product and enjoy the functionalities
