stronger together.
Dear all,

As a company, our responsibility is to try to protect our team the best way we can by strictly following the World Health Organization’s guidelines. A few days ago, we informed you we were closing our stores in France, Belgium, Spain, England, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the United States. However, we are still actively present online and on social media.
ba&sh commits
Because we couldn’t let our online business run without benefiting health services which are on the front line to protect and help us, ba&sh decided to commit to creating an exclusive t-shirt, every year. 100% of its profits is intended to support associations which help healthcare staff. This year it’s the Hope t-shirt, which you can already find on our e-shop. The profits from its sales will be donated to the NHS charity together.
ba&sh took strict measures to ensure your orders are delivered safely: we’ve adjusted staffing with strict turnovers and are now working with safety distances and protections. Your packages are delivered in your mailbox, without contact.
Because your outdoors trips are limited for everybody’s sake and your security is our priority, we’ve extended our return period by 1 month after package reception. Therefore, you can return your order when the situation improves. For any further inquiries regarding returns, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or on .
Operations in our workshops were adapted in order to guarantee everyone’s security. Return process usually requires 4 to 6 open working days, our staff are doing their utmost to respect this period. However, there might be an extension of this period due to the current situation.

Many of you showed us your support and we were deeply touched by your messages. Continue to share your daily life, your questions & ideas.

Thank you for being part of the ba&sh community! Sending much love to all of you.

Take care, stay safe, and stay at home!

Barbara & Sharon and all the ba&sh family
