As a company, our responsibility is to try to protect our team the best way we can by strictly following the World Health Organization’s guidelines. A few days ago, we informed you we were closing our stores. However, we are still actively present online and on social media.
Personal Shopper
The option of scheduling an appointment and benefiting from the advice of a personal shopper for personalised support is now available via visio. The perfect solution for discovering our collections without leaving your home. At the end of this appointment, you have the option of having your chosen items delivered to your home.
Returns
Because your outdoors trips are limited for everybody’s sake and your security is our priority, we’ve extended our return period by 2 months after package reception for orders placed between November 1st and December 31st. Therefore, you can return your order when the situation improves. For any further inquiries regarding returns, please do not hesitate to contact us by email help@ba-sh.com or on .
Refunds
Operations in our workshops were adapted in order to guarantee everyone’s security. Return process usually requires 4 to 6 open working days, our staff are doing their utmost to respect this period. However, there might be an extension of this period due to the current situation.
